How do you deal with your Anger?

Anger is a common emotion when a relationship ends; whether it is because of divorce or death. Are you able to deal effectively with anger? What are some of the strategies you use when dealing with your anger? A few common methods of dealing with anger are:

1. Journaling
2. Venting w\a venting partner
3. Anger Letters
4. Physical Oulet

Being able to use your anger effectively allows you to begin to move forward, start building a strong foundation on which to build your future and to forge healthy relationships.

An inability to deal effectively with your anger allows the person whom you are angry with to control your life and relationships.

Anger management is a big step in the healing process - I encourage you to use whatever method that appeals to you and begin dealing effectively with your anger so you can begin to move foward and heal.
