Amy Sherman's Blog Book Tour - Distress Free Aging
I recently read Amy Sherman's e-book Distress Free Aging; A Boomer's Guide to Creating a Fulfilled and Purposeful Life. Although, I am not a baby boomer the information that was provided in Amy's book can be utilized by anyone who regularly faces these questions in their life:
1. Is this All there Is?
2. Who am I?
3. Where do I go from here?
4. Can I really do that?
5. What do I really want?
Amy provides strategies to help the reader learn how to deal with any major life transition. These strategies can be easily incorporated into your daily life. And the best thing about the book is that she offers real life examples that really help the reader relate to how they can use the strategies outlined in the book in their own life.
This book doesn't just give you information it also provides exercises after each strategy so the reader can begin to use the material right away. There is no way this book will become a "shelf-help" book - it truly is a self-help book, begin using the strategies in Amy's book every day and you will definitely begin to see major changes in your life.
Yesterday the blog tour stopped at Judy Davids' blog at http://mydols.com/judydavids.htm and tomorrow the book blog tour continues with Heidi Richards at http://www.virtualwomansday.blogspot.com
